If you are anything like our Editors - fashion, work, reading, kids & life get in the way!!

We are here to tell you, this will kick your bu!! in 15 minutes!  It was surprisingly new moves that we haven't done before and you could feel the burn!

The only reason we made it through the whole thing - is we knew it was only 15 minutes!!  If you are going to do it, it is quick and gut busting!!

We highly recommend it for hotel rooms and when you only have a quick half an hour to bang it out and get dressed again! Every move counts!

Autumn Calabrese from took her signature Dirty 30 Workout (the 30 minute workout that is broken down to 15 above).  Keep in mind that if you go to - it is very gimmicky and to be honest we haven't even seen the 30 minute workout.  All we know is this 15 minute one is amazing!! So you decide!
